Kunsthalle Osnabrück
Design for the project "diamond splinters - osna's queerstory" by the artist Irène Mélix as part of the annual theme "Romantik" of the Kunsthalle Osnabrück.
On January 28th, a 24 page supplement was published in the Neue Osnabrücker Zeitung, which assembled fragments of queer life into a diverse panorama of queer stories from Osnabrück, and was distributed to 40,000 households in the city area. For the special supplement of the artistic research project 'diamond splinters - osna's queerstory', Mélix collected historical material and present-day voices from Osnabrück's queer community for one year.
The project was curated by Manila Bartnik.
